This year, we announced a new release for Symphony, our web-based product that can be used on any browser without installing anything. This feature has increased our product’s accessibility and convenience for our customers. By storing all parameter settings in the database, we have maximized the scalability and reliability of Symphony.
We also launched a dedicated YouTube channel focused solely on Symphony, offering valuable insights and enhancing customer engagement. With over 50 informative and engaging videos, we aim to empower our customers and prospects with a deeper understanding of Symphony’s capabilities.
Paperwise has also implemented a detailed evaluation process of robust ecosystems. We assessed multiple ecosystems to select the best-suited partners. This strategic move elevates our commitment to delivering integrated solutions, catering to the diverse needs of our customers.

Symphony is our flagship product, and 2023 was a year of significant enhancements. Our integrated solutions for 2020 Design Kitchen & Bath, and the AP Solution for Sage 100 Cloud, successfully navigated the design and evaluation phases, making them available to our valued customers.
Paperwise’s Plans for 2024: Customer Migration, 2020 Design, & New Technologies
In 2024, our primary focus will be providing an upgraded experience for our customers by migrating more users to Symphony’s advanced features. Additionally, we aim to expand our 2020 Design customer base by offering additional innovative processes.
A key initiative for the upcoming year involves implementing automated testing for Symphony’s Import, Index, and Search tabs. This latest innovation will enhance the reliability and efficiency of Symphony’s core functionalities. Furthermore, we intend to integrate new technologies into our existing customer base to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
