Access is the key provision of WebWise, allowing users to retrieve information and company files remotely, while maintaining a high level of security. This rich tool provides much of the same system functionality as the full Windows application and is ideal for users who don’t require the advanced features provided by Query. Remote access capability of WebWise establishes a global reach and maximum accessibility to corporate documents.

WebWise Portal View serves to extend the capabilities of the WebWise module, granting clients and associates administrator-approved access to specific documents within the PaperWise database. This solution accelerates turnaround time for clients, as well as customer service. Through a tree view interface, users access their information based on customizable restrictions. User-friendly, this option of WebWise provides a secure way for businesses to offer a customer portal where they can access information they require. Users register for a portal account and a login username and password are created.
